He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from James Madison University and went on to complete his Master of Business Administration from William & Mary, where he developed a strong foundation in business strategy, financial management, and problem-solving.
Spencer's career has been centered around data-driven decision-making, but his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for home improvement led him to transition into the home services industry. Over the years, he’s gained a deep appreciation for planning and executing home improvement projects, and now channels that passion into his own business.
Outside of work, Spencer is a proud season ticket holder for JMU football and loves to spend time with his wife Stefanee, whom he met while attending James Madison University. Together, they have two kids and three dogs, creating a lively and full household. Spencer also enjoys going wine tasting with Stefanee, making the most of their time together when they can.
With a background in finance and a drive for entrepreneurship, Spencer is excited to continue growing in the home services space, combining his skills and passions to create lasting value for his customers. -
Aramis Johnson
Owner
Aramis Johnson is a proud Air Force veteran with a diverse background in logistics, budget analysis, finance, accounting, and procurement. Originally from Gary, Indiana, Aramis served in the United States Air Force, where his career took him to various assignments in Alaska and New Mexico. His time in the military was marked by his roles in logistics and budget analysis, which laid the foundation for his transition to business ownership.
After leaving the Air Force, Aramis transitioned to civilian life and joined VCU Health in Richmond, VA, where he worked in finance, accounting, and procurement. His work at VCU Health further honed his skills in financial management and operational efficiency, and he developed a deep appreciation for the impact that thoughtful, well-executed business decisions can have on a larger organization.
When asked why he decided to pursue small business ownership, Aramis said, "Simply put: I am a fresh Veteran here to build a better life for myself and my family. I aim to spread goodwill in hopes of nothing but the best for those I encounter." This sentiment drives his commitment to creating a positive impact within his community and for those he serves.
With his deep sense of purpose, Aramis is excited to apply his skills and values within Bath Tune-up, ensuring that every decision is made with integrity and a focus on long-term success.
